For a six-week trial period, the municipality wants to test vehicles that are highly flexible and ideally sized for narrow streets.
The town of Gland will be testing an innovative means of transport for six weeks between September and October. If the Municipal Council approves the CHF 117,000 required, the town will put small electric shuttles on the road. At peak times, if necessary, the three modules can be combined to form a carriage with a total capacity of 42 passengers.
