Lohr’s energy-efficient future 100% electric train will be recharged on the tracks

Lohr, in partnership with SNCF and other public-sector players, is making progress on the Draisy project, a light electric rail shuttle designed to revive short lines. Meeting in Duppigheim (Bas-Rhin) on 26 June 2025, the partners presented a key step: the development of a recharging system for direct contact with the rails at stations.
